Can I utilize images from your website?

All of our products have trade marked and protected by law so we ask that you do not use any images from the website in a professional capacity without express permission from the studio. Please contact office@marissjewelry.com com for your photography inquiry.

How is my order shipped?

We have a free shipping worldwide policy within 2 days from ordering products on our website. We ship to most of the countries in the world. Usually takes 5-15 working days to deliver a product.These timelines are not guaranteed and rely heavily on shipping companies, weather, truck tires, season, pickup availability and reliable couriers, etc. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed. Our company ships, fully insured with signature required, via PostNord.

We offer the following shipping methods: Free shipment

PostNord. Standard shipping in Europe is between 2 and 5 days from dispatch.

PostNord. Standard shipping in other world countries - depends on country shipment policies.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

We can certainly gift wrap your order! Every customer of ours is going to get her/his product in our custom-designed gift box. We also include a handwritten note in your words or in our words. I lost one earring but still have the other. Can I have it replaced?

What materials are used in your pieces?

We use high-quality Japanese pearls and other types of pearls to make our jewelry by hand.
