Damages and issues
Our customer satisfaction is our priority at Mariss Jewelry & Co. We will gladly help you with an exchange/return if you get a defective product or receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (but no longer than 3 days upon receiving) if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/returns are only entitled to customers who received defective items; we can't make a replacement order if you change your address or mistakenly input your address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if we previously accepted exchange/return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A change of mind or wrong purchased
A change of mind or wrong purchase reason does not entitle a customer to exchange or refund. Due to the handmade nature of our product and the small footprint of our business, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please take a look at product descriptions and images carefully and reach out with any questions before purchase.
Color disclaimer:
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period (non-applicable for the rest of the world)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds EU
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
